傳統(tǒng)的斷橋隔熱鋁型材一般由A面和B面組成,如附圖1所示,為現(xiàn)有的分離式斷橋隔熱鋁型材,斷橋隔熱型材通過(guò)在兩根鋁合金型材間嵌入隔熱膠條實(shí)現(xiàn)隔熱功能,在加工生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,需要對(duì)鋁型材上的安裝槽進(jìn)行開(kāi)齒,再穿入膠條。現(xiàn)有開(kāi)齒穿條機(jī)即是針對(duì)鋁型材開(kāi)齒和安裝膠條設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)備,通過(guò)開(kāi)齒穿條機(jī)能夠在凹槽內(nèi)開(kāi)齒,并將膠條穿在凹槽內(nèi),增大摩擦力,有效防止相對(duì)滑動(dòng),提高隔熱保溫效果。

　　現(xiàn)有的開(kāi)齒穿條裝置已有部分具有A面B面同時(shí)開(kāi)齒穿條的功能,但是其由于通過(guò)切削開(kāi)齒,在切削過(guò)程中由于切削設(shè)備與型材硬性接觸而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生振動(dòng),而由于型材是不斷往前移動(dòng)而不是固定的,僅能對(duì)其進(jìn)行限位,故產(chǎn)生的振動(dòng)會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響加工精度,影響后續(xù)穿條工序。
