1、清理設備：在開機前應對設備的工作臺、機械加工面、電鍍件表面用沾油棉紗進行擦拭，與型材直接接觸部位應用干凈的棉紗擦拭干凈，以免污染型材，必要時還可用吹塵對工作臺表面等部位進行吹塵清理；

2、檢查緊固件：設備上機械連接緊固件的松動通常會導致加工中出現(xiàn)工藝問題，甚至會帶來設備故障或不安全因素，對于工作中因為經常調整或正常使用而有可能松動的緊固件，要經常檢查并適時擰緊，以確保設備在安全條件下工作；

2. Check fasteners: Loose mechanical connection fasteners on equipment often lead to process problems during processing, and may even cause equipment malfunctions or unsafe factors. For fasteners that may become loose due to frequent adjustments or normal use during work, it is necessary to regularly check and tighten them in a timely manner to ensure that the equipment operates under safe conditions;

3、檢查潤滑部位：對于設備運行中具有相對運動的定動接觸面，如機床導軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤滑的部位，應根據運動特性等方面的因素，加注潤滑油或潤滑脂進行潤滑。具體設備機械結構不同，其潤滑部位及潤滑方式也不相同，需視具體設備而定。開齒穿條機在門窗設備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯(lián)體，每次開機之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內的油面高度，并使之保持準確的油面高度。

3. Check lubrication parts: For fixed contact surfaces with relative motion during equipment operation, such as the surface of machine guide rails, various bearings and shafts that require lubrication, lubricating oil or grease should be added according to factors such as motion characteristics for lubrication. The specific mechanical structure of the equipment varies, and the lubrication parts and methods also vary, depending on the specific equipment. Before starting each time, the oil level in the oil mist cup of the machine must be checked to maintain an accurate oil level height.
